Why Do We Do This?

Full Cup was started in April 2001. Our mission is to hunt down the very best resources available to help

• women who live in abusive relationships,
• those who are escaping from abusive relationships,
• and those who seek healing from the long-term effects of prior abuse.

Having experienced all three states, we have found that healing is best accomplished while free from abuse, and is helped along by good and true information. The truth will set you free. But first it might make you cry.

Our emphasis is on helping Christian women with the unique challenges they face from their pastors and fellow Christians, and from often erroneous beliefs abused women hold.

We offer a very limited number of books, because there is no substitute for the best. We also offer tests and online information so women can get started toward healing and freedom from abuse right away.

Full Cup is a privately owned sole proprietorship registered in the State of Washington under the name "Full Cup Media."
