Love should never hurt

The Dove Project is a nonprofit organization based in San Saba, Texas, dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence. We offer direct help to individuals experiencing abuse, connecting them with critical resources such as shelter, counseling, and legal advocacy. In addition to crisis intervention, our services include ongoing emotional support, peer and personal counseling, parenting classes, and educational programs. Our mission is to empower survivors to regain independence, rebuild their lives, and find safety and hope in Central Texas.

By collaborating with local agencies, professionals, and dedicated volunteers, The Dove Project creates a compassionate, safe environment where every survivor is met with respect, understanding, and hope for a brighter future. Together, we work to break the cycle of violence and foster a community built on empathy and resilience.
